As a certified life coach, I’ve completed extensive training in areas such as psychology, goal setting, and communication—and I remain committed to ongoing professional development.
Psychology plays an important role in helping us understand human behavior, thoughts, and emotions. Unfortunately, it’s often overlooked in Christian communities. The truth is, we are deeply driven by emotions. We make choices because of how we feel and what we hope to feel. But don’t worry—I’m not here to preach psychology. For me, the beginning and the end is the Word of God. I base my coaching in Scripture.
One powerful truth I’ve discovered is that hope is the most life-changing force there is. If you heal your hope you'll have everything you need.

Why Work with a Life Coach?
Coaching has the power to bring real transformation. And transformation is what we all need.
No one in this life has a blank slate. We all carry baggage. But the solution isn’t to treat the symptoms—it’s to change the system. You don’t need another band-aid. You need a new program.
I’m here to help you identify thought patterns that aren’t serving you—and replace them with biblically grounded ones. When we understand the root of a problem, we can address it with truth and accountability, which are essential for lasting growth.
As part of being a life coach, I’ve studied NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) at both the Associate and Master level. Life is made up of patterns: neuro, for how information travels through the brain; linguistic, for the power of language; and programming, which refers to the beliefs and habits that drive our actions. If something is programmed, it can be reprogrammed.
Just like turning a boat a few degrees changes its course entirely after thousands of miles, small, intentional changes in your thinking can have a massive impact over time. That’s what coaching offers—lasting, cumulative transformation.
Personally, I believe Jesus was the ultimate coach—He met people where they were and led them into truth.
About the purpose of this website:
I am here to teach the word of God.
I believe the struggle people have is that they don’t understand God’s word.
I am not here to invent something new.
My focus is to restore God’s word.
What God has given me is an understanding of hope.
I am here to share what I learned and pass the blessing to you.
